Welcome
to the Old Vicarage at Nettleham where you can choose either to be
pampered as one of our Bed & Breakfast house guests or to pamper
yourself in one of our delightful Holiday Properties.
The main house was originally built around 1780 as a farmhouse and
is one of the oldest stone properties in the village. Both the House
and the Holiday Properties are located within the Nettleham Conservation Area
and the House is Listed Grade 2 as being of Architectural Merit.
The House and Holiday Properties are literally a couple of minutes walk from
the centre of Nettleham which is acknowledged to be one of the most
attractive stone villages in the area and has won the Lincolnshire
Best Kept Village Award on numerous occasions.

The
village retains its traditional Village Green and has a picturesque
Beck flowing through the centre, running by the front of All Saints
Parish Church.
There are a variety of shops around The Green and pubs, which serve
tasty bar meals and local ales. Nettleham is well served by public
transport that will take you the 3 or 4 miles into Lincoln - and the
bus stop is just across the road. For those who prefer to cycle, the
Hull to Harwich cycle route passes through Nettleham and we will be
happy to provide secure storage for your bicycle during your visit.
We do hope that you will come and stay with us soon and look forward
to welcoming you to our Home, our Holiday Properties and to our beautiful village.
